Self-employment can fulfil the lifelong dreams and goals of business owners and reward years of hard work. Unfortunately, many self-employed business owners struggle in one of the most crucial steps – obtaining finance.
Avon Valley Priority Lending mortgage broker Leanne Clune said that while self-employed are critical to many communities in Western Australia there is still a level of difficulty in getting loan approval for these businesses.
“The current credit environment makes it tough for hard working self-employed people and small business owners to obtain finance,” Ms Clune said.
